Parris Morrison

Parris started with GH programming with very minimal skills and basic fitness from other programs and gym classes. Her calories on EMOM's where around 8 calories and she was nowhere near a pull up. To now she can hold 12 cals on machines and climb ropes during hard metcons. She's taken the engine building cardio sessions and lost that initial week and now can really focus on improving her gymnastics and strength technique by using the many workouts available.
