4 Block EMOM

EMOM

A tough EMOM with 4 blocks of 2 exercises on each, pick the right calories and push yourself on reps.

Reminders:
  • Pick the right cals on each piece.
  • Also pick the right weights to ensure you're hitting the right times on each minute.
  • Cap each minute at 45/50 sec max.
  • On the burpee dumbell deadlifts set up like your doing a devil press and jump into the dumbells with a narrow stance then deadlift them up for 1 rep.

  2. 12 wallballs @9/6kg
