A light barbell to work on the snatch technique primarily around dropping under the bar and catching in that full squat overhead. With a finisher that will test your shoulder and grip.

Reminders:
  • Go light on the barbell to really work on that technique.
  • Work on catching the bar at the bottom in a full overhead squat position not catching it high then overhead squatting.
  • On part 2 really try and touch and go on the STOH and stay unbroken.
  • If you don't have C2B pull ups just complete kipping pull ups.
  • Stay unbroken on your skipping rope set's. Double unders or single's.

20 MIN RUNNING CLOCK

Keeping the barbell light for the first 5 sets (even an empty bar will do)

build up the weight on the complex of:

2 hang muscle snatch + 2 drop snatch balance

* 4 strict HSPU @ tempo (3 sec down, 2 sec pause at the bottom, fast up)

5 MIN TO FIND

A heavy single full squat snatch for the day

9-6-3 x2 ROUNDS FOR TIME

STOH @60/40kg

C2B / kipping pull ups

50 unbroken double under's after each set / 100 singles
