A good workout to do with a friend or on your own resting for the time it takes you to do a round.

Reminders:
  • Alternate between part 1 and 2.
  • A full round must be completed before your partner starts or your rest starts.
  • If you can bar muscle up but not ring muscle up thats fine.
  • Fast transitions and make sure reps are completed.
  • Try and hold onto the dumbells after the devil press to the thruster.
  • Keep a fast uncomfortable pace on the run and row.
