A really good session to do with a friend if you want a good push.

Reminders:
  • 1 person is on the erg and the other is doing the movements and swap each time.
  • Push hard on each erg but don't blow up for the movements.
  • Be fast on the movements so you don't leave your partner for too long on the erg's.
  • Move well efficiency is fast.
