A good partner workout grab a friend and get after it! Some of the numbers are split and some you both do. A good test.

Reminders:
  • Try and pick the heaviest weight possible to test yourself. RX is 70kg for men and 45kg for women.
  • Make sure you try strict HSPU instead of kipping.
  • Make sure you do all the runs together.
  • You have to row the 500m in one go.
  • Stay synchro on the burpees and try double unders if you have them.
  • Do small sets on the wall walk to wall facing HSPU.
