A 2 part workout with a high amount of volume. Strength is the main emphasis with strength endurance taking over.

Reminders:
  • On the clean pull's ensure you keep the barbell close to the body throughout the lift.
  • Make sure you are using your legs in the pull over your arms.
  • On the waves, the last weight on the first round single you will start the 5 rep at that weight.
  • The assault bike is a full sprint, the DB push press is not a jerk.
  • Ensure you use the correct weight on hang clean + jerk.
  • The step ups you are pushing solely through the foot on the box.
