  • The main aim of this session is the clean and jerk complex.
  • Working on good movement and technique of the lift.
  • Insure you work on good speed under the bar during the warm up phase.
  • Add weight in small jumps.

B) 5 muscle cleans

5 hang squat cleans

5 strict press

10 scap pull ups

10 kip swings

* flow = complete a round of the 10's then complete part B

10 MIN CLOCK

Build to a heavy complex for the day

complex = 1 clean + 1 front squat + 1 jerk

straight into

5 min clock

buttterfly chest to bar pull ups practice

10 MIN CLOCK

1:2 work to rest ratio

2 clean + jerks @70% of 1RM + 3-6 chest to bar pull ups / kipping pull ups
