A strength bias session working on the clean + jerk. Continue with squat cleans once you hit your jerk limit. If you are training with friends there is a team WOD extra to finish.
Build in weight @ small increments for a 1RM squat clean + jerk.
Once you fail the jerk 3 times continue with just squat cleans.
1-3 Ring or Bar muscle up / Box bar muscle up / chest to ring + low ring transitions
