A strength bias session working on the clean + jerk. Continue with squat cleans once you hit your jerk limit. If you are training with friends there is a team WOD extra to finish.

Reminders:
  • Keep your movement solid, work on going under the bar fast and catching in the hole (bottom of the squat)
  • You can power or split jerk, once you fail a jerk more than 3 times continue with just cleans.
  • During your lifting session keep your eyes on the clock and every 3 minutes complete between 1-3 ring or bar muscle ups depending on your level and what you want to work on. If you cant muscle up then try a box bar muscle up, see below for the exercise guide on this movement.
  • The finisher is a team of 3, 4 or 5 workout where your aim is max calories on the ski.

30 MIN CLOCK

Build in weight @ small increments for a 1RM squat clean + jerk.

Once you fail the jerk 3 times continue with just squat cleans.
