A strength bias workout mainly working on your squat clean with some strict gymnastics and a metcon to finish.

Reminders:
  • Go through the warm up thoroughly.
  • On the squat clean waves make sure you pick the right weight.
  • Keep the bar close and drop under the bar fast.
  • Keep the HSPU strict on part 2.
  • Part 3 is a metcon where you are pushing the pace so if you can butterfly pull up then do it here.
