Squat clean and handstand all ways

A strength bias session working through the squat clean and pressing overhead through the handstand work. With a finisher again working on the hands and adding the skills to it with handstand walking.

Reminders:
  • Ensure your technique is your focus throughout.
  • Don't make too big of jumps, keep the handstand pressing to what is prescribed, strict and kipping.
  • The finisher is to work on your bike sprint work but also handstand walking under fatigue.
