Split the reps and run together (partner WOD)

Partner Workouts

A 3-round workout to start you will split all the reps and run together, the last part is also split reps and is 1 round for time to finish the workout.

Reminders:
  • If you have double under's but your partner doesn't make sure you still do the double under numbers.
  • Have quick transitions, split up the reps however you want.
  • Everything is you go i go but you are running together the person who gets back from the run first can't start until you both are back so stay together.
  • On the second part it is for time so make sure you are moving fast and pick the right splits on reps.
  • Run as hard as you can on the last 1000m run.

3 ROUNDS FOR TIME

SPLIT ALL REPS (RUN TOGETHER)

100-75-50 - double unders / 200-150-100 - singles

800m-600m-400m - Meter Run

80-60-40 - Deadlift @60/40kg

60-40-20 - Burpee over the bar

then:

100/80 cal row

75 TTB

50 cleans @60/40kg

25 HSPU

1000m Run
