A long snatch complex to warm up your positions with some skill along side with a nasty finisher.

Reminders:
  • Make sure you go through the warm up thoroughly and be in good positions.
  • Concentrate on good solid movement in the turkish get up's and the hollow rocks.
  • Pick the right weight on part 2.
  • To test yourself if you miss a lift or step forward or back or out of place give yourself a 3 burpee penalty to be done immediately.
  • Break the reps up smartly in part 3 to finish the metcon as fast as you can!
