Snatch HSPU and bike WOD

Metcon

A good workout to workout on your snatch and good positioning under fatique. Also push yourself on the height of the deficit on the HSPU.

Reminders:
  • Maintain good technique on the snatch. Squat snatch as much as possible.
  • Have as much deficit on the hspu as you can.
  • Keep a good pace on the bike sprints.
  • Keep a good consistent pace throughout the workout .
