Building to find a 1RM snatch then some skill work.

Reminders:
  • Ensure you warm up thoroughly. Going through overhead movements PVC pipe and shoulder mobility.
  • Keep your good strong positions throughout the snatch and try your best to squat snatch throughout.
  • Keep the HSPU strict throughout the 25 min lifting.
  • On the finisher try touch and go snatch's or quick singles.
  • If you can handstand walk then go for it and have someone help you if you're learning the movement.

25 MIN RUNNING CLOCK

start with your warm up routine:

PVC pipe complex: 10 overhead squats + 10 drop snatch balance + 20 sec handstand hold

Build in weight with small jumps and find your 1RM snatch

FOR TIME

5-4-3-2-1

Snatch @RX+ -60/35kg @RX - 50/30kg @SCALED - 40/25kg

25ft (7.62m) handstand walk or 5-4-3-2-1 wall walks

Front squat @ same barbell as snatch
