A skills session working on shoulder strength skipping and the snatch.

Reminders:
  • The double unders or singles must be unbroken.
  • Make sure you go down to the floor or even to deficit if thats to easy on the strict tempo HSPU.
  • Pick the right weight on the 3 position snatch to make sure your hitting the right positions.
  • Right weight on the dumbell.
  • Make sure you go to depth on the pistols or use a box.
Exercise Guide

10 ROUNDS FOR TIME (QUALITY)

50 double unders / 100 singles - (unbroken)
3 Tempo strict HSPU - (3 sec down 2 sec at dead stop then up)
3 position snatch - 1- top of hips 2- below knee 3- full snatch
3 Each arm single arm DB jerks
3 Each leg Pistols
