This is a real test and should be really difficult to complete. 

Reminders:
  • Ski hard but don't blow up for the hang squat snatch's .
  • Try and get as far as you can but save yourself for the row.
  • Try and keep the toes to bar unbroken (will be tough)
  • Take your time on the rope climbs don't go to quick before your arms have recovered or you will blow up and have to have more rest.
