The workout is for time. Once you get the gymnastics parts done it then becomes a grind to get the workout finished in the best possible time! have to push hard on the run or bike to get maximum time on the movements.

  • 15 ring muscle ups / 25 bart muscle ups / 35 kipping pull ups
  • 50 HSPU
  • 75 sandbag cleans @50kg/30kg
  • 100 burpees
  • Every 2 mins including 0:00 complete 200m run or 12/9 cal assault bike
