Strength

A strength bias workout with some barbell and gymnastics movements.

Reminders:
  • Ensure you do the warm up to prime your body for the lift.
  • Make sure you pick the right weights through the lifting waves.
  • Use as much deficit as possible on the HSPU and make the C2B or pull ups solid reps.
  • On the finisher concentrate on slow and controlled movements as thats hypertrophy.
