A workout you can do with a partner or alone. If your doing it alone go with a heavier barbell and test yourself to keep moving at a consistent pace.

Reminders:
  • Run the mile at a decent pace around your PB 5km pace.
  • If you with a partner move quick on the barbell and quick transitions on the gymnastics set.
  • If you have bar muscle up do them. Also ensure you go to the floor on the HSPU if possible.
  • On the second mile run up the pace and try and finish fast.
  • Giving yourself more time to hit that heavy for the day clean + jerk.
  • Keep good technique on the C+J, if you have split jerks do them.

1 Mile run (1600m)

5 rounds OF EACH (10 rounds total) Alternating between number 1 + 2
  1. 9 deadlifts + 6 Hang cleans + 3 STOH @ RX+ alone = 80/55kg - @ RX alone = 70/45kg - @ SCALED alone = 55/35kg

@ RX+ TEAM = 55/35kg - @ RX TEAM = 45/30kg - @ SCALED TEAM = 40/25kg

  1. 9 TTB + 6 HSPU + 3 bar muscle up / C2B

1 Mile run (1600m)

in time remaining up until 40:00

Find a 1RM clean + jerk
