A strength bias session with the clean as the main movement with some gymnastics and a good finisher in there.

Reminders:
  • Warm up thoroughly and get the shoulders and front rack warm.
  • Concentrate on technique on the clean complex with fast and explosive reps.
  • Pick your weakness on the gymnastics and work on the one you need to more.
  • A good 15 min amrap to finish.
Exercise Guide

WARM UP x3 ROUNDS

PVC pipe or light barbell

10 OHS (overhead squat)

10 BNP (behind neck strict press)

20-30 sec Handstand hold

20 MIN CLOCK - FIND A HEAVY COMPLEX FOR THE DAY

1 power clean + 1 hang power clean + 1 power jerk

Alternate between A and B

A- 3-5 bar muscle ups

B- 25ft (7.62m) unbroken handstand walk or work on your handstand walk.

AMRAP 15 min

- 50ft (15m) DB Front rack walking lunges @22.5/15kg

- 3-5-7-9-11-13-15 *  Kipping HSPU

15 Ab mat sit up's
