This workout is to be done with a partner, very tough if you push each other to a fast pace throughout. Great test!

Reminders:
  • You must run with your partner, ensure you are similar in fitness level.
  • If your rope climbs aren't fast scale them to 2 reps.
  • Deadlifts are split, break them up into smart sets.
  • Try to stay unbroken on the skipping.
  • Break the burpee bar muscle up/pull up into singles or doubles.
  • The row you should stay on for longer sets as the transition times are slow with rowers.
