If your doing this workout alone row half the calories and half the reps of the barbell movements. Try and hold on for unbroken sets of TTB. Row hard

Reminders:
  • Row at a pretty fast pace but don't blow up.
  • Use a big kip on the TTB to ensure you don't blow your core up.
  • Break the barbell up if you are training alone.
  • Smash the last row empty the tank.
