Hyrox style workout

A great workout to do with a mate, push each other to get a great time. Some movements are split some are both do the number. complete top to bottom and then back up doing the box step-overs once.

Reminders:
  • Break up the reps with each other correctly and keep sets small and transitions quick.
  • The run is the only number you both will do, the rest is split.
  • Keep a good smooth consistent pace throughout.
  • The burpee pull ups are important you get through quickly as they will take the most time.

60/40 cal assault bike

40 power cleans @60/40kg

10 burpee pull ups

20 DB box step overs @22.5/15kg
