Partner Workouts

A good workout to do with a friend or alone you can also do the workout 1:1 rest.

Reminders:
  • You are working for 2 minutes so pace it correctly.
  • Push yourself close to the red line as we are training your lactate threshold,.
  • Go fast singles on the snatch.
  • Break the devil press and burpee pull ups into sets so you can push harder until the 2 min mark.
