A good workout to do with a friend to push each other to get a great score!

Reminders:
  • Run together at a fast pace. Go hard on the burpees and go singles 1 for 1 reps.
  • Full round you go i go or rest 1:1 on part 2.
  • Stick to 10 reps each you go i go on the plate GTOH.
  • Part 4 is a full round you go i go also but with an ascending rep scheme push hard on the early rounds but keep to singles on the cleans.
