A good workout to do with a partner or test yourself on your own. A high volume of running with some grunt and skill workout in between.

Reminders:
  • If you are doing this workout alone then do half the reps.
  • Keep your run pace high throughout.
  • Try and move through the burpees fast.
  • Split the reps in half and keep reps low if you're not compitant.
  • Row hard at the end and finish fully in the red zone.
