Benchmarks

One of the hardest tests in fitness it will test you mentally and physically. Do the full version and wear a vest!

Reminders:
  • The first mile doesn't need to be fast you should try and conserve your energy as much as possible.
  • There is a few ways to break it up doing the partitioned way.
  • 20 sets of 5 pull ups 10 press ups and 15 squats.
  • 10 sets of 10 pull ups 20 press ups 30 squats.
  • Just gotta send the last mile and dig in as much as you can.
