Cardio

A descending rep scheme workout getting less each round with a run in between to keep your heart rate high.

Reminders:
  • Pick a pace on the machines for each number and try and stick to it, don't go too fast.
  • On the burpees break them up into sets to make them easier to manage mentally.
  • If you can stay unbroken on the wall balls and keep your heart rate down then do it.
  • Try and recover as best you can on the run.
