A really tough 5 round workout can you beat the cap and set a good score!

Reminders:
  • Try and wear a weight vest or fill a ruck sack to 10kg for men 6kg for women
  • Keep a good pace on the run you can repeat each round.
  • Get straight onto the bike and try and set a consistent pace.
  • Go hard on the ski using your hip hinge.
  • Break up the TTB into 3 sets of 5 reps quick sets.
  • Try and breathe through the burpees and be ready to start the run straight away.
