4 min AMRAPS are great for pushing the lactic threshold on each interval and work on your recovery rate each round.

Reminders:
  • Run hard on each round quick transition onto the bike.
  • Then on the big numbers pace the burpee box jump overs and toes to bar.
  • Push hard on the lower numbers.
  • Break up the toes to bar if you aren't proficient on them.
  • Step up out of the burpee.
