Hyrox style workout

A tough workout where you have to keep a fast pace to get under the cap! A real lung buster

Reminders:
  • Try and stay smooth and unbroken on the double unders.
  • Run at a fairly quick pace around your PB mile pace.
  • Quick transistion onto the rower and row hard.
  • The burpees will take time anyway so just try and breathe through them.
  • You are doing 1 press up then dropping into a burpee then up and over the DB for 1 rep.
  • Straight onto the rope and use as much core as you can.
  • If you don't have a rope then do 5-10 pull ups as a sub.
