A 45 min EMOM with a lot of different modalities and a wide range of exercises.

Reminders:
  • Cap every min at 50 seconds.
  • Pick the right cals, numbers and weights for you.
  • Push hard on the machines and try and move efficient on the gymnastic and weighted minutes.
  • Push yourself to try the harder variations on the gymnastics.

  1. 10 burpee box jump overs @24/20"
  2. 15 GHD's
  3. 1 legless rope climb + 1 rope climb
  4. 400m/300m bike erg
  5. 10m handstand walk or 4/3 wall walks
  6. 3 ring muscle ups or 6 chest to rings
  7. 50 second Assault bike
