A really tough emom with 2 parts the first part being some skill work the second some hard capacity conditioning.

Reminders:
  • Pick the right reps and weight on the clean + jerk.
  • Dont sacrifice weight or more reps for poor movement quality.
  • Pick the right calories on part 2.

  4. 7 weighted GHD's @9/6kg
