Strength

A 2-part workout with the first part a really tough cardio test you can do with a partner and the second a test of strength.

Reminders:
  • If you are capable of completing 10 pull ups you must wear a vest. @10kg for men @6kg for women.
  • The run is long so pace yourself accordingly.
  • Try and go straight into the burpee pull ups breathe through them and break them up into manageable sets.
  • If your doing the workout with a partner you can swap on the rower after 1 set of burpee pull up etc 21 then swap.
  • On part 2 try and get and light lift in 2 mins into your 10 minute clock just to feel the weight and sure up technique.
  • Keep technique solid and make sure your snapping them elbows and punching the weight overhead.

you can jump on the rower at any point but you must complete 1 full round etc the full 21 burpee pull ups

if in teams of 2

partner A - completes the movements first (burpee pull ups, thrusters)

partner B - on the rower

Aim of the workout is max calories on the rower
