Low intensity Strength and Accessories session

Strength

A strength session working on slower and more controlled reps at a lower intensity. Working through full ROM and doing a lot of single limb exercises to help out any imbalances.

Reminders:
  • Never go for weight in these sessions, always for technique, controlled and trying to build the muscle in more of a hypertrophy state than a usual GH session.
  • Take rests as needed but try and keep tension through the targeted muscle groups.
  • The part 3 metcon to finish is designed to work on your farmers walk and getting that strength from heavy carries.

3 sandbag cleans @70/50kg

6 each leg Pistols

person B - 100ft x2 DB Farmers walk @35/22.5kg
