  • Fast double unders or singles .
  • Keep the chest to bar pull ups /pull ups unbroken.
  • Concentrate on the jerk making sure you snap your arms out and hit lockout.

9 Chest to bar / 9 Pull ups

3 Clean + jerk @70% - increase the weight every round ending at around 85-90% of clean + jerk 1RM
