A really tough 2 part cardio workout not for the faint-hearted!

Reminders:
  • Sprint hard on the assault bike keeping the cals under 30 seconds.
  • Try and pick the sandbag up straight away and keep a good pace on them.
  • Make sure you kip on the HSPU and try and stay unbroken.
  • If you don't have HSPU try and kick up into a handstand hold and then finish your reps with Hand release press ups.
  • On part 2 stick to calories you know you can hit under fatigue and work on pacing.
  • Go hard on the burpee pull ups try and get a number each round and hit that number!
