A strength session working on your clean and also your ring skills working on your transitions over the rings. With a finisher that will get your heart rate up.

Reminders:
  • Stay over the bar on the clean and make sure your positions are strong.
  • On the ring transitions ensure you try the false grip and keep the rings close the body on the pull over.
  • On the finisher you will jump straight off the bench up to the high box.
  • Stay smooth on the double unders.

Building up your squat clean in waves:

reps = 3-2-1 starting lighter and building over the sets.

* in between reps complete 3 ring transitions (low rings) or strict chest to bar pull ups / pull ups
