Reminders:
  • On the row and burpees its a capacity section so just hard work and graft.
  • Dont go to fast on the bike you can't complete the lunges fast. Concentrate on the handstand walks or wall walks and keep a consistent pace.
  • The ski you are nearly at the end if you can kip the pull ups it will save your arms. Go fast the squats.
