Technique is key move well don't concentrate on amount of reps.

  • 0-10 mins - 2-5 Bar muscle ups / 6/9 chest to bar pull ups / pull ups
  • 10-20 mins - 6-9 Handstand press ups
  • 20-30 mins - 10-15 TTB
