EMOM

A tough 40 min EMOM with a mix of exercises and movements to make each 12 min block interesting and hard.

Reminders:
  • Pick the right calories and weight on the first 2 exercises on each 12 min block.
  • On the third exercise this will be a max reps on each of the blocks so head down and go.
  • Try and recover for the next minute.
  • Ensure movement standards are good throughout.

  2. 15m single arm DB OH lunge @22.5/15kg
  3. Max burpee TTB (complete 1 burpee jumping up into 1 TTB)

  2. 4 sandbag cleans @70/50kg
  3. Max shuttle runs (1 rep = 7.5m there and back)

  2. 15 AKBS @28/20kg
  3. Max wall walks
