  • If box jumps try and rebound if possible.
  • Unbroken if doing double unders or singles.
  • Work hard on the burpee to target to give youself enough time to slightly rest before rope climbs.
  • Reach high on the rope bring your legs up as high as possible.
  • Try and decend fast.
