4 ROUNDS warm up

1.) A. DB bench press x8-10

single arm DB row x8 each arm

1.30 min rest between rounds

5 ROUNDS

1.) x2 DB push press x8

x2 DB front squats x8

1 min rest between rounds

2.) EMOM 8

  1. 12 DB snatch
  2. 15m single DB overhead walking lunge

3.) A. 10-8-6-4-2 - x2 DB Hang cleans + Press ups

*15 butterfly sit ups after each round

B. 3 each arm DB jerks

* 10 each arm x2 DB bicep curls after each round

1:30 min rest after each round
