Dumbell and skipping EMOM

EMOM

A good quick EMOM workout working on your dumbell snatch speed and technique and your double unders.

Reminders:
  • Make sure the dumbell goes to the floor on each rep.
  • Full lockout at the top of each rep.
  • Make sure your jumping with 2 feet over the dumbells.
  • Try and stay unbroken on the double unders or singles.

  1. 20 DB snatch @22.5/15kg
  2. 18/15/12 burpee over DB
  3. 50-75 double unders or 100-150 singles
