Deadlift progression and its 1RM time! Once you've hit the heavy single its volume with some gymnastics. A nasty finisher with DB snatch"s and burpees.

Reminders:
  • Ensure you go through the warm up thoroughly.
  • Build to weight up in 3-2-1 reps.
  • On the wall walks make sure you do full reps if possible.
  • On the C2B try butterfly if have them.
  • Alternate arms on the DB snatch's.

WARM UP x3 ROUNDS

10 sec L-sit hold (pull up bar)

10 each leg DB RDL

30 sec weighted elbow plank

15 PVC overhead squats

15 hollow rocks

7 MIN CLOCK

Build to a heavy 1 rep deadklift for the day

EMOM

1-5 strict pull ups

8 ROUNDS FOR TIME

1 deadlift @80% of the weight you hit

3 wall walks

5 C2B / kipping pull up's
