A good partner WOD with running, a shared dumbell, and a high volume middle section with some synchro work.

Reminders:
  • Split all the reps other than the run and anything labelled SYNCHRO.
  • One person can only work at one time.
  • You can split the reps however you want. Also the run with the dumbell, change over as many times as you want.
