A crossfit benchmark workout called Linda you have deadlift's, DB bench and squat cleans.

Reminders:
  • Try and stay unbroken on the deadlifts.
  • Give yourself enough time on the bench if your not good at that movement.
  • Singles on the squat cleans.

FOR TIME 20 min CAP

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Deadlift @130/100kg for men @100/60kg for women

DB bench @35/27.5kg for men @22.5/17.5kg for women

Squat cleans @60/40kg

AMRAP 12

3 snatch @60/40kg

3 ring muscle ups or 6 chest to ring

9 burpee to target

12 cal bike (any bike)
