Comp style simulation session

A really tough 2 part workout that has 2 sets of running and sandbag pieces. And 4 sets of C2 AMRAPs.

Reminders:
  • You will work for 6 mins so the run needs to be fast the weight on the sandbag has to be doable for the 2 sets of movements.
  • On the sandbag it is important you keep good technique and don't leave it all in your back.
  • The part 2 piece, you are completing a large amount of calories fast so you can get through the dumbell work and on to the AMRAP movements.
  • The dumbell on both the single arm thrusters and single arm clean + jerk have to be efficent and fast.
