Warm up your clean and jerk before going into a heavy weighted EMOM. Then a good little skills breather to finish.

Reminders:
  • Make sure you warm up your squat clean in the warm up reps.
  • Make sure technique stays solid through the EMOM and aim for all 10 reps to look the same.
  • Work on your double unders and kipping pull ups in part 3.

10-8-6-4-2 - Chest to bar pull ups
